NASCAR Day is coming Friday, May 16th!
The NASCAR Foundation will be celebrating the fifth-annual celebration of NASCAR Day on Friday, May 16th and we need your help to make this the best year yet! Annually held on the Friday before the NASCAR Sprint All-Star Challenge, NASCAR Day is a one-day celebration of the NASCAR Spirit. NASCAR fans, corporations, schools and organizations across the country are encouraged to donate $5.00 and all participants will receive a collectable 2008 NASCAR Day lapel pin for their donation.
For 2008, Martin Truex Jr. Foundation is partnering with The NASCAR Foundation to help raise money for NASCAR Day. As loyal supporters of Martin Truex Jr. Foundation, You have the ability to participate in NASCAR Day and help support both Martin Truex Jr. Foundation and The NASCAR Foundation.

If your co-workers are as crazy about NASCAR as you are, then help get them wrapped up in the spirit of NASCAR Day by signing up your company to participate! When you sign up your company to participate in NASCAR Day, you will receive a Crew Chief kit free of charge. In your kit will come NASCAR Day pins in the amount you specify (in increments of 25), a Crew Chief Manual with ideas on how to celebrate at your office, envelopes for collecting and sending in your donations and posters for display in your office’s common areas. Encourage your co-workers to donate $5.00 for their commemorative NASCAR Day pin and return your collected donations and un-used pins at the end of the campaign. The Martin Truex Jr. Foundation is dedicated to providing funds to nonprofit charitable organizations who strive to positively impact the lives of children in need. The foundation understands that many local nonprofit organizations are making the biggest impact in their communities despite limited name recognition and limited budgets. It is the goal of the Martin Truex Jr Foundation to provide funds to these organizations in an effort to offer continued support for positive programs that help children in need.
